Over the years, job transfers have caused my family to relocate many times.  I have first-hand experience with the emotional difficulty of selling a home in a down market, and trying to find a home in an area to meet budget requirements.

My goal is to assist both buyers and sellers through the emotional process of selling or buying a home. As a buyer, this will more than likely be your most expensive purchase.  A realtor will keep you focused on your home buying needs, and help you through the paperwork & process.  The selling process can bring up home-attachment emotions, but a realtor will help you through this emotion with guidelines, market data and the newest technology available to sell your home.  

My CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation gives me the expertise to assist sellers in hardship with a short-sale transaction.  Many people facing financial difficulty or foreclosure NEVER contact a realtor for assistance.  Don’t let that be you!
