I met someone today that felt his house was worth at least $500,000 more due to the style in which it was designed? I might agree a bit if it was ‘New Construction’ versus Old… But I think if you are drawn towards a particular style i.e., Traditional, Rancher, Contemporary, Mediterranean – that it’s a matter of personal preference – a personal choice….
